I’m getting tired of looking at Strats so calling all Telecasters of GFSA! As long as you own it and it has a Tele shape you are more than welcome to post here! Can't believe there isn’t a thread for Telecasters, what’s the matter with you people? Let me start off with these TL50 Squier Silver Series MIJ Fugi Gen '93 TL52 52' Reissue MIJ Fugi Gen '88 TL62B 62 Reissue MIJ Fugi Gen '86

I'll commit sacrilege here and post my two USA G&L ASATs again. ? There is a Fender semi with P90s and some partscasters in this thread, so they count. 8)

2003 ASAT Bluesboy Semi-Hollow

2012 ASAT Special Semi-Hollow

Chocklit_Thunda wrote What wood is that made of???? Sexy as Funk! ???

If I recall correctly, that was a MIM Palo Escrito Tele. Its an indigenous Mexican wood as a veneer on an Alder body.

That site is total gear porn. Those 60s strats really float my boat, I'm too scared to ask what they cost ☹

My buddy has a minty '69 SB strat. That thing gave me sleepless nights. I must never play it again.

I've tried those too, nice but too thick for my liking... Used to use the white ones for a long time, but now I find them too thick. ?

Red Sharkfin FTW! ?

This looks very similair to my current set up 8) Did you flip the control plate?

DaFiz

Waahaa... I knew someone woz gonna comment on the red sharkfin... I wozzent gonna say but I use a white sharkfin...
The "real" guitarists on GFSA frown upon Sharkfins... They ONLY use Pesos :yup:

Yup... I turned the control plate around and re-soldered the wires so switch still works in the direction intended 8)

AlanRatcliffe

I rarely use it, but the only plectrum I have and use is a white Sharkfin.

Chocklit_Thunda

I cut my own out of anything hard enough but the most common shape I use is based on a sharkfin ? just elongated for more grip and narrowed down for a thinner pick Shape.
