SERVICE RECIEVED FROM FEEDBACK (FENDER)

This is just to thank a legend working at Feedback for the best flippin service I have ever seen from a supplier in SA. Robin, the "go-to" guy when it comes to Fender guitars, is truly an inspiration and is setting a uber cool example for all the musical goods suppliers in SA. My name is Dev and I work at the Cape Town branch of Marshall Music. We received a faulty Fender Mustang III that had water (Coca-cola) damage. I was expecting to have to break it to the customer that her beloved amp will cost her an arm and a leg to repair. Robin managed to pull some strings and organize a brand new Mustang III V2 for the customer.....NO CHARGE..... When asked why Fender decided to do this, he simply said: "If this will keep that lady's kid jamming on Fender, then it is worth it." ...nuff said...

I was under the impression these folks meant USA Strat as in MIA Fender..

Just teasing! ? Hope that black beauty is getting played a lot!!

It is ? Actually came on here to PM a member about taking her for a setup, then decided to stick around for a bit and see if things have changed

I have also had a similar pleasant experience with Robin and Fender.
