Does anyone know a shop that carries PRS SE? I've been to the following major retailers: music connection - nada marshall south - 1 PRS SE marshall woodmead - 1 PRS SE toms braamfontein - NONE toms sandton - 1 PRS SE

Shibbibilybob wrote Ah yeah I see it in the classifieds now. Who cares about the dings? one or two dings is painful, but when it gets to that level they're all just plain cool.
Besides, if your guitar is full of dings and scratches you can treat it like a guitar, instead of babying it carefully for worry of dinging or scratching it.

Blasphemy!!! lol...

I am working on an idea at the moment... it may or may not work... hehe

hey Warren, have you checked with the PRS rep on the forum??
surely he could put you in touch with a few places who have stock?
or have you changed your mind on what to get?

The seller is Big G here, if anyone wants to PM him about it. I've bought from and sold stuff to him before.

I came across the said model PRS guitar today and i was really impressed with it... Played like a dream and is being sold as second hand although i cannot see any scratches Anywhere. Looks in absolute Mint condition.

They want R 4800 for it but are willing to negotiate a bit on price even further.

Is this a good deal?

From my extensive research...lol...I found a 25th anniversary one (similar) to that one for R6000 at Marshall Woodmead and another one for R5500 at a different store... so it's not a bad price... but not "amazing" IMO.

Not sure if you're still looking, but Jean Village music in Centurion had a couple, as well as the guitar shop at the South Downs center, also Centurion.

That is the older one without coil tap. Still not too bad a price, especially if you can negotiate them down even further, I would say.
