Mixing desk from USA

Hi all,

Usually when I buy electronic stuff from the USA, their power adapters come rated 110V - 240V. This time I bought a little 4 channel Yamaha mixer, but the power adapter is rated only 110V.
it's this adapter here: http://www.thomann.de/gb/yamaha_pa_10.htm (this is on a german site, but mine was bought in USA)

Can I use this adapter here on our power outlets?

Not as-is. You can use it with a step-down transformer (which converts the 220V to 110) or replace with a similar rated 220V PSU.
