We used to jam a 6 piece band into one room at my folks place about that size... granted some of the members were between 14 and 16 years old...lol
They don't call it a JAM room for nothing you know ?
I hear you, in my old place we had drummer, bass, leads, rythmn as well as a vocalist in a room not much bigger. I just love the fact that I finally have a room where I can put all my stuff and not worry about people bumping it over of the maid taking a chip off the headstock.
Then I also have to start thinking about security as I don't want to have to worry about gear being outside all the time.

Just outside the door is the braai area and I'll have a fridge over there, so when we want to kick back, we can just go outside.
