So I got the pedal I won from Benjamin Craig, YAY!
It came in this amazing box!
It was packed so well:
So pretty:
The right side is a rangemaster treble booster with a three way switch and treble control, and the left side is a les lius type overdrive.
The coffee drinking sheep was just what I wanted!
Instructions with a personal touch:
The inside is so pretty! (yes I am guilty of opening it up before plugging it in!)
These screws are pozidrive screw heads, which means that a phillips screw driver will eventually strip them. The extra four small "nicks" indicate that this is a pozidrive screw. Compare the philips driver on the left to the pozidrive driver on the right.
I am so stoked about this, it sounds incredible! Guyatone into pedal into Laney lionheart.
Big congrats to Benjamin Craig for this, it exceeded all my expectations. Low gain overdrive pedals are very difficult to get right, nevermind impress someone who generally doesn't like anything other than amp overdrive tones.
The rangemaster side can be used as a bass cut as well as a treble boost and it adds so much more attack and punch to the high end. The les lius side can sound like creamy overdrive or even slightly fuzzy.
Also tried it through A friend's Blackstar Artisan 30:
