AlanRatcliffe OK. Took a couple of pics today with the rosewood pickup rings and switch tip installed. Rings were raw wood when I got them, so I put on a couple of coats of tung oil to get them to match the fretboard without having to reoil them every six months or so. BTW, I make no claims to being a photographer, but I think they turned out OK. I used my Pentax K20, as my wife was busy with both her Nikons:

Nothing beats wood like that ? Really nicely done.
AlanRatcliffe Reinhard wrote Is the selector knob wood as well? Yeah - one of a couple I got from THG Knobs a while back. The only plastic bits left are the knobs and tuner knobs (and bobbins, of course).
