A genuine A-serial (dated 9 January 1986) Fugi Gen 62 Reissue Telecaster Custom. In very good condition, at least 80% of the frets are still there. Few bumps and scratches but no major nicks that show wood.

Actually amazed by it’s condition with respect to it’s age, beautiful and priceless, IMHO….

Originally thought it was late 80’s early 90’s. It’s the earliest one I’ve been able to get.

Great find! I've only ever seen them in CAR, so I presume the sunburst ones are pretty rare. Those were the really great ones...
      Thanks!

All stock, a warm and delicious neck pup and great vintage tele tone in the bridge. Might replace pots a little later (don’t like them too loose) but no crackles what so ever. The funny thing is I have set of Texas Specials a box that I’ve been flirting with for ages. They were meant to go in my 1988 MIJ 52 reissue, but never have; I‘ve always found the mij stock pups great. Don’t think I’ll replace these either. Does makes me wonder what I’ve actually got in there? I found this quite interesting.
