The thing is that this happens very often in SA. And usually it goes unnoticed until some famous guy is involved...

The problem is that Oscar is an idol for countless people and now he's gone and done something like this... It does seem unlikely to have been an accident.

Mmmm shot once or twice i would buy but not too sure how someone can shoot someone 4 times by accident .... But hey what do we know of what went down .... And secondly this is south africa and gauteng ... Surely she knew he had a gun and then knowing that would you surprise someone by sneaking into their house at 4am ???? Very suspect indeed

He's in custody, but not charged at present. The bail hearing is next week.

Innocent until proven guilty and all that.
