These are my two guitars at the moment.
Fender FSR Custom p90 tele
and My custom Fender Jazzmaster, with custom wound Novak pickups. Which I go yesterday.

theres my Reverend Jetstream 390, just felt bad not throwing it in the picture
Nice! I eagerly wait to see what your guitars will be next week... ?
Cool guitars Mika! Lots of unique character between those two.

In the FSR Tele, are those actual P-90s or the Black Dove pickups? On the Jazzmaster, how would you compare the Novaks to the stock pickups (Mexican I'm assuming)? Just wondering as I was thinking of pickup up a MIJ Jazzmaster and doing some modding.

      Thanks! ?
yeah its a mex jazzmaster, which I chose for two reasons to mod, alder body and not basswood, and the bridge being closer. I have had a lot of jazzmasters before this and all had bridges further down the bod, which gave ne lots of trouble.

I love the pickups, I may get something beefier for the brisge ... a more output p90.

Thise are just the standard black dove p90s that come in the tele, which I really like thus far. its pretty much my main guitar. I saw it in the store and hunted one down used. plays great and sounds great.
          Nice!!!! Really like you tele!!!

          Enjoy the new one!
MIKA the better one wrote: yeah its a mex jazzmaster, which I chose for two reasons to mod, alder body and not basswood, and the bridge being closer. I have had a lot of jazzmasters before this and all had bridges further down the bod, which gave ne lots of trouble.

Useful info on the bridge positioning. You had any experience with the Mastery bridges on JMs?

I hear Novak does P90s in JM covers. That may be what you're looking for.

How are the Black Doves vs the Reverend P90s?

Sorry for all the questions. Just genuinely interested to know.

Nice gear! I envy you with so many options over there...

The Mastery Bridge is definitely worth the extra money, got one on both my JM and Jag.
Makes for better sustain and sound in general. Made both my guitars come alive.

And stability - impossible for strings to slip off the bridge posts, unlike the temperamental
traditional JM bridge. It does take away a little bit of the rocking motion on the tremolo,
              but not all of it.
