IINM, the 5470 is the 24 fret prestige S available with flame or quilted maple top (not sure if this is a veneer or a proper top) and the 470 is the plain jane 22 fretter. P/ups are also different.
Chad & Mojo Jojoe on the forum are intimately familiar with the Ibanez stuff though.
I lost track of their stuff after i sold the last Ibby i had.
