No images in posts when viewing from Tapatalk

Hi guys,

I don't know if this is something other people are experiencing, but when I browse the forum using Tapatalk from a mobile device, one cannot see any images in the post, nor are you even alerted to the fact that there is an image missing that you cannot view. I've noticed on more than a few occassions that I've missed important information, due to the fact that I was not aware that someone had posted an image, therefore many posts don't make sense without the image.

Is this a configuration setting that could be altered somewhere? I am a member of several other forums with Tapatalk enabled and I am able to see images on those forums.

I too have this problem. Tapatalk's functionality seems to be quite limited on GFSA, whereas it works flawlessly on the AppleSA forum.

Same problem here.

But have you guys noticed that when you try to open a article in Safari(to look at the pictures ? it opens the GFSA homepage and not the article page. It used to open up to the article directly. Maybe it's because of the newer version of tapatalk?

This is exactly what has been happening to me too! Also, I can't load second or third pages on a thread, and quote's don't show up in a box.

Eish, I need to upgrade Tapatalk on the site - just haven't been able to get around to it. Will add it to my TODO's but hang in there, I have no ETA for this.

Norio, you been able to upgrade tapatalk yet? Still can't see in pictures.

I still open in Safari to see pics but for every page I open I get the GFSA tapatalk notification and after I push cancel I get the music humor ad for every page I go onto, even though I am already logged onto GFSA in Safari. Just a bit of a frustration.

I also noticed that you can't view the Classifieds in tapatalk. Is there a reason for this?

I've just updated it but seeing as I don't use it myself, I can't test it. Let me know if it's working now. If it's not working, I'll remove it entirely as it's a pain in my ass.

Working great. Awesome stuff. Really enjoying the experience and feel of the GFSA with the new tapatalk setup.

Now if we could only install a button on the app that will magically change my wife into allowing my to buy more gear, that would me the best.
