So...

A few new toys have arrived from good ol' Portland ?

Pics tomorrow!

Let me just say, that I loved my pedal board and thought it was mental before I ordered this new kit. It has now been taken to a new level. I also decided that this new stuff and my current pedals deserved some better protection, and so bought this:

Will update tomorrow ?

Looking forward to your news Danny!

PS, i wont be selling my flint ?

      Tada!!!

So happy. All in all, the loot this round is a ground control pro, empress compressor, 20 lava right angle plugs and cable, and two pedal switchers.

The lava and pedal switchers have yet to be used. I have to wait for my pedal board to arrive.

The ground control pro is awesome. I have hooked it up to my timeline and started playing with the extra looper functions...SO AWESOME!

The empress is delicious. Lovely sound. The parallel compression and mix knob make it super useful.

I'll upload a new pic when I have the final set up done ?
        ???

Ground control... more like mission control... you have enough control there to take over the Mars Curiosity rover...

I can't wait to see this up and running!
JEEZ! Serious contender for the biggest pedalboard on GFSA!
Great stuff! Are you mounting everything on the board, or racking some of it?

Keeping it all on a Pro. The Ground Control will have to travel separate, but I can deal with that. I'm too scared to put it in a rack ? And it looks so nice and pretty! Why would I want to hide it away?!

I actually do have a question that I hope you, Alan, or someone else can answer. I have two 9VAC outputs on my PS. I am using one for the Whammy, and am going to use the other for the Pedal Switchers. Can I daisy chain an AC output?

Eversotasty MI Audio Blueboy Deluxe in there too , one of the best OD pedals ever made imho.
Such a great overdrive. In fact, it is my longest lasting pedal, having owned it for nearly three years now!

Yes. Same as a DC output - as long as you don't draw more than the available current.
                    Cool!

Would I be able to make a cable out of what I have? So I have a correct sized plug (2.5x5.5 or something like that) that seems to have two wires. Would I be able to split these two wires and attach a plug on each split end? Or does the daisy chain need to be in series?

Excuse my garbled language. Currently writing a philosophical essay on Turing's Machine, and it is not too cogent at the moment >☹
                      Such nice toys! Congrats ?
All the plugs must be wired in parallel.

                        Oh, joy... ☹
damn dude! flipping awesome! Would love to see it all wired up!
Thats some real pro gear you got yourself there, congrats.
Thanks for the posts guys ?

In an update...the Ground Control is amazing. So easy to program and has really made the Timeline more accessible and an absolute joy to play.

The board should arrive tomorrow or Monday, so I shall post pics when it is completed!

Its looking good Danny! Come a long way from the board I saw way back when!!

Why dont you rack up the pedals? I would! ?
Looking forward to seeing the complete build!

Ive redone mine like 3 times in the last month!!
                                Something is just not right..
No chance of it going in a rack, don't worry. What's nice though is that this set up is flexible enough that if I do want to rack it in the future, I can!

                                  News!!

Pedal train Pro and flight case arrived this morning ?. Here's a mock up of the planned layout:

And here's the awesome flight case:

I have an exam this afternoon. I'll only be able to wire it up this evening. Cannot wait!

Also, can anyone point me in the right direction to get right angled midi cables?
