Just wanted to let you guys know. In the end I did get to go to the shop. And it's even better in real life. Got to play in my dream guitar (PRS 513) through a Orange stack.

And they had this beauty there too!

And for all the comic book fans.

Spoke to one of the sales guys, he told me they have over 1500 guitars in stock, so I'm sure there should be a few lefties in there somewhere. But I loved the vibe they had going there with these huge couches you can chill on and just stare at the walls of guitars!

And while in Chicago we had a Jack Daniels burger at the Hard Rock Cafe.

Quite a few guitars in there too. Particular fav was a Jimi Hendrix Les Paul.

Also visited a guitar center in Appleton. Bought my Egnater tweaker head there. As well as a TC Electronics Hall of Fame and Flashback Delay pedals there.

Bought all of that for less then the price of one of those pedals in SA. Got a really good deal on the amp too.
