    For what guitars?

Music Connection have a selection of Gibson and Fender parts. Try them. Try some other shops.

Both Fender and Gibson. Thanks. Ill send them an email.
unless you want to pay through your arse, some things are just cheaper to import!

Like pickguards for example... R800 for an "original" fender pg.
you will pay less importing it! shipping, duties and all!
Norm, can you recommend somewhere to buy stuff in the USA?
              http://www.darrenriley.com/main.html

Really fast service, reliable shipping and a good range of products.

I used to be a fan of Takealot as well, but they have gone backwards in leaps and bounds. Everything seems to be out of stock from them and their prices aren't so hot anymore either.
                those are good prices!!
and the most stock i have seen on a website!
there are a few other places though, you just need to know what you're looking for!
if you can get all your stuff at one time when importing though, it'll save you tons!
                    Oh yeah...

I use Guitar Nucleus (http://guitarnucleus.com/) for a lot of parts and pieces. Particularly for electrical things like Switchcraft, CTS, CRL and Oak Grigsby at very good prices (which is what you get if you buy the OEM branded stuff or DiMarzio, etc.). They have the cheap stuff too (and a few unique bits like sheets of copper foil big enough for a Strat pickguard), so you need to know what you are looking for to pick out the good stuff.
