It can be 3/4 for an easy way out, but try to challenge yourself to play something short and sweet in 4/5, 5/4, 7/8 or any other unusual time sig. Yes it's time to vote in the Chat Challenge again. @ Squonk - The stuff that doesn't have chemicals in it and make your head hurt in the morning. Stella, Peroni, Heiniken, Cobra, Budwiesser, Corona, Erdinger, Fosters, hell I'll even drink Windhoek if there is nothing else available, why are you buying? 8)

Rene - If we were closer I would... I read about using the little rubber stoppers on The Grolsh swingtop bottles for keeping your guitar strap secure. Still drinking Grolsh ,Just got to buy the guitars to match the stoppers now.

I had a dozen Grolsh a couple of weeks ago, (handi pack not rubber stopper), tasted like p*ss IMO I think it has something to do with SAB recently acquiring Grolsh although they are still brewed and bottled in Amsterdam. ???

Edit: I must just add before I offend anyone at SAB's feeling that my opinions are based on my personal preferences and although you guys produce very fine beer that satisfies many people across the globe your beer just doesn't suite my taste which is a big pity because I live a stones throw away from your brewery - maybe I just get your beer to fresh?.

Easy enough... turns out it's half of my "go-to" sound: [i]No1 Son[/i] (My father often calls me that - with a Chinese accent - when he's not calling me his "Son and hairy" :D). It's a top boost Vox "on the verge". Easier just to give you the patch. I'll take out the piezo half (which I obviously didn't use for the recording). It sounds like I boosted the "Air" setting quite a bit from what I usually use though, so try change that to about 25% (that's a guess). I have to say though, a lot of the tone is the guitar itself: "Strat" with Kinman Blues pickups. One track is position 2 on the switch (bridge and middle pickups), the other is position 4 (middle and neck pickups). Not a good clue - he was famous for a lot of things. Shagging Joan Baez? Hygiene issues? Writing protest songs so he could nail the activist chicks? Being obtuse with interviewers?

@ Myself - The jokes on me I see on the back of this Peroni bottle that I am so enjoying, "Brewed under Licence from Peroni Nastro Azzurro Ltd By South African Breweries Ltd, 66 Park Lane Sandton South Africa" So there you have it my taste in beer is effected by the fact that it had to travel some distance to get to me or that because it cost more it taste better. ?
