The valve-king might not be able to get
that required amount of gain. But besides your gain knobs and TS pedal, It's up to your right hand, pickups, strings, and guitar too how much gain you can get too ?
But don't disregard it completely, I'm sure with some tweaking you could squeeze out some decent tones.
