Oh................forgot to update this........Motor goes in tomorrow and should be able to fire her up tomorrow as well.
New fuel lines in, new radiator end lines in. Making up and bending high pressure fuel lines to fit a car that didn't have them in the first place is a total pita, there are about 60 bends in total to get this lot mounted snug to the floor pan of the car.
Some last engine parts that I want to replace before the initial start up. I have a box with about 3 times as many parts in that need to go on.
Had to clean up some fibreglass work to get the fuel filter hooked up.
The plan is to drive her for 30 days to see if I'm going to have any issues and use the warantee period to the max, then it's tear down and paint the engine bay, do another service and then do the rest of the body mods. I've sunk about R25 000 in the conversion so far, with another R20 000 planned for the final paint, interior and suspension and brake upgrades.
