Saw an interesting Strat over the weekend, at Cash Converters in the Hillfox center here in the West Rand of JHB.
Sunburst finish, plastics look well aged too, yellowed up, but maybe made to look like that.
Looks well relic'd, and not artificial relic either. anyone who doesnt know anything about guitars wouldnt give it a 2nd look cuz of the 'condition' it is in, haha.
I checked the headstock, looks to be genuine Fender, serial number still intact on the stock. I shoudlve taken it down n looked up what the manufacture year was...
The guit is on sale for R 8 000, worth checking out if someone is looking for a possibly old Strat. If this is a new model relic'd to look vintage and road worn, the person who did it should be knighted.
