So that fits in fairly well with the time span that Aubs presents us with. The thing about that time was that everything moved and changed so rapidly. Look at the Beatles in 1963 and then in 1967 and then in 1969. The Incredible String Band even looked vaguely conventional and working class at one point. People playing in jug bands in '62 and '63 were plugging in, turning on and flying the freak flag just 2 or 3 years later. It's what made that era so special, that sense that everything was explorable and that there was plenty of unknown territory over the rapidly approaching horizon.
