how to stop new topic notifications

Hey fellers,

So in the last 2 days I am getting notifications at my email everytime a new topicis opened?? >☹
what gives? any way I can stop it? It started yesterday and I looked around to see if I can stop it but havent spotted anything.

Dont mind the news letter, but shees getting a mail everytime a thread starts isnt so lekker

Sorted, I think.. Thanks, think I was missing something on my phone but using my pc there was a link to stop..
