Deefstes:
I think your main problem was that your levels were all out. The snare seemed to drown things out a lot. I could barely hear the kick. And are your rhythm guitars mono? It sounds like they are to me. Next time double track the guitars and pan hard left and right.
Did you put a high/low pass filter on the guitars? The tone sounds a bit muddy - cutting the very top and everything below about 60Hz would improve things. Maybe you've used a little bit too much gain as well? It would probably be better if you chucked a tubescreamer before your amp to boost the signal and turn the gain on your amp down a bit.
G-Man:
Pretty much the same applies to your entry G-man, although your levels seemed about right, your guitar tone is way fizzy. Might be too much gain or a bad EQ, I'm not too sure. I get that kinda sound if I use amp sims without a cab.
Sounds like you're using EZDrummer? The drums sound extremely thin... go here -->

Follow the links to the guides on mixing drums. They really helped me. Those are just a few things that came to mind immediately upon listening.
I enjoyed both your entries though - both had really sweet riffs. My entry is by no means perfect, and could be improved a lot, but you asked for pointers, so I gave what I could ?
