I try stay positive about every thing. just gets hard at times. Maybe its a musicians thing to feel like this ?
Not at all. I do think there are some realms of life where it is easier to own up to such feelings and some where it's harder. Sport is a notoriously macho world where it's hard to own up to any kind of infirmity, but we've increasingly seen players put their hands up and say that things are getting them down and they can't bear to be away from their families or whatever and, in some cases, walk away from top level sport. I've seen this in cricket (one of just two sports that I pay serious attention to - and the other is not rugby and so there's an admission right there), but I know that athletes in other codes have made similar disclosures.
Point here is that many athletes have felt doubt and sadness and stress in their lives, despite our perception of them as tough, valiant figures and our tendency to put them on pedestals. Look at Lewis Hamilton lately, saying that he's had a dark year (no details given) and that it's got him down and effected his on-track performance. 20-something years old, all ready so rich that he need never work again, but it's not all hunky dory for him.
It's a human thing, not a musician thing.
