Always the same screw/hole spacing (its a standard). Usually the same screws, but there are two different thicknesses - one fat, one skinny (not a trainwreck either way). Also angled neck joints have two shorter screws at the neck side and you must use the shorter ones (the longer ones will punch through the fingerboard).
