Anybody else tried these? It's the coated string from DR. I bought a set today. What's hard not to notice is that the 2nd feels very rough - like an old, rusty string in fact. It's not old, it just feels that way. 1st is fine, as are the wound strings in the set, but the 2nd feels .... dirty. Only there's no dirt. It can only be a bad application of the coating. That string really feels like it has dragon skin on it.
It'll be interesting to see how well they last, but that 2nd string is going to bother me.

bought a set of DR's, the tite fit electrics i think...and foung they felt very weird, like the coating wasnt very smooth...no idea on the dragon skins, but i wont DR's very soon again...though those neon strings look cool
