I'm a bit gatvol of the Micro BR it's just too much sweat. And y'all deprived of my new song which I havent got sorted out yet but recording it seems like such a mountain hey. But I can give you the words if you dig. So I hear people saying good things about the Zoom h2 and how simple it is and everyone is at the end of their seats waiting for the Zoom h2n. So, I would like to know if anyone here can tell me who the importers/agents are for Zoom in SA so I can give them a shout to find out when it will be available. You know, if I can get it local and not too much more than ordering from wherever that's what I'll do.

hi Ray . i have the zoom Q3 which is a video camera withe the stereo condenser mic's and the same recording possibilities as what the h2 seems to have the Q3 can do video and sound or just sound at great quality .. i bought mine from stuart goodwin at marshall music woodmead...... he got it from supplier in 2 days ...... so i guess they available locally... and it was relatively cheap ........give stuart a call......
the only thing is if i recall your micro Br is a multitrack machine ( 4 tracks) while the H2 zoom is unless i'm getting it wrong just a stereo recorder .... but not a multitrack machine...... which is a huge difference......... but i will vouch for the zoom recorders quality if it's anything like the one on my Q3 (which it looks like)
