  • Parts query, bridge cover

I'm looking for a generic version of this:

I have a '72 bass on the way, and as with most the others of the period, the bridge and pup covers have been removed. The bass is a pre-lawsuit Jazz copy and I don't necessarily want a giant F emblazoned on it (not desperartely fussed though)...

Anyone know where I can buy/order one?

stewmac only has the tele bridge cover...

http://www.buzzardsbass.com/parts/bridge-covers.html - many types here, though i havent bought from them before...

    http://www.thomann.de/gb/fender_vintage_jbass_bridge_cover.htm - Its thomann!

http://www.wdmusic.com/jazz_bass_bridge_cover.html - no stock, hacent bought from them, but its WD music, so im sure you shouldnt have a problem if you do!

Thanked! My google-fu was weak this morning!
just be carefull with the importation though...

when i bought the american standard strat bridge cover, hoping it would fit my mexican, i got charged for importing "precious metals".
I paid more for the shipping and import tax than the actual cover!

unless you get it while you're overseas of course!
