guys, im buying a set of EMG 81/85's soon and i want to install them in a guitar with one volume and one tone pot,
they come with two volume and two tone pots though, but after looking at some wiring diagrams it shouldnt be a problem wiring them to one volume and one tone right?

Yes, it'll work. Just make sure to use the EMG pots, which are low impedance specifically for the EMGs.
