If you live anywhere near Avion Park sports center, they have a sign board at the entrance to the parking area, advertising music lessons. I believe they offer drum lessons as well as guitar. There is a number on the board. I don't think they run the lessons at Avion, but simply advertise their service there.
I tried to be clever and look at it on Google Earth Street View but they blurred out the number, or the resolution just doesn't allow that level of detail, but you can see the sign with a red Strat on it. You might want to swing by there and check the number out, if it's nearby, that is. Not sure if these guys are even still in business but as I said, if you are close, it may be worth it.
