Love might be everything but its not going to pay the bills and that is what life boils down to :'( Damn it I am bitter ?

Love is that redeeming quality that teaches you humility, kindness, generosity and putting another person above yourself.
And it actually does pay the bills - forumites with loved ones (i.e. spouse/kids/pets) know this.
