My word. I joined this forum to interact with people about my passion, playing my flippen guitar, and what do I get, a bluddy flippen crappy soap opera for the last week !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We have
rules here, and the overriding rules is
be nice!
As a moderator I have to work by the rules. So if I see something that contravenes a rule or I see things getting aggressive then I step in.
Moderators will also investigate and
may take action if people use the "report to moderator" facility that is available to all members in all threads or (which is less useful) on receipt of PMs.
I don't think this is the most stimulating thread to ever grace the pages of GFSA, but that's not enough reason for me to lock it down. There were some posts which I judged out of line and likely to spark a flame war so I removed those. The parties whose postings were deleted know who they are.
Other than that, anybody who thinks this thread has gone on too long or finds it silly doesn't have to read it.
