Oooooh - completely by chance, I stumbled upon this incredible exhibition of Cave's life/photos/videos/art/journals/music scribblings in Melbourne in 2008. It was like being inside his head - somewhat disturbing and fascinating and utterly awesome all at once! I did, in fact, think of you - JackFlash (and a little lady we have in common) - at the time!
Nick Cave is a genre on his own, also read his novel a few years back, pretty hectic stuff.
Never been the same since I listened to Let Love In the first time.. masterpiece
Tried but never liked him... sorry

Hear hear.... for those Let Love In fans.......

And my favorite (okay one of my favorites)

The album, The Boatman's Call delivers a powerful punch. EMO heads should take heed as to what it should be about...
Well I can't be a man 'cause he doesn't smoke the same cigarettes as me.
Nick Cave is pretty far off from what I usually listen to, but he is truly brilliant.
Nick Cave is amazing, truly amazing...lyrically, musically, everything...
