So I picked up this pawnshop special some time ago for a mere R200.... its a no-name brand cheapy with cheap hardware, but PERFECT for a project And I thought I'd give it a new lease on life But still, something was missing,,,,,, So I put on some Mex Strat hardware, changed the neck for a Squier neck I picked up from Mr T, a bit of extra paintwork handrawn and painted with acrylic, covered with a couple of coats of clear and this is the result Nice axe to hang up behind my bar,, plays surprisingly well and really nice action... I may one day put some better pups in there I know some of you would prefer pic No.1 ? but hey, as you may have noticed I'm a huge Simpsons fan ?

I dig it!! Would not be caught dead playing it on stage personally, but it certainly rocks.

I was rapped over the knuckles for my intarweb usage (well, it was more of a raised eyebrow), so I decided to cool it for a while.

For some reason I have to log in every time I access the site from my cell phone (cookie settings are fine and other fora are okay), so I've just been trawling incognito for a while now, because logging in every time is a pain in the arse. ?
