It takes the form of a blog and will be published in real-time at www.iamsamward.com Without giving too much away, it’s the story of a guy who uses his blog to communicate with the outside world once an infection hits and confines him to his townhouse.
If this interests you, or you know someone who may be interested in zombies etc, and would follow something like this, please let them know. Make friends with the character on Facebook, follow him on Twitter , add your email address on the site so that you get notified of new posts, and, if possible, help me out by spreading the word!
And finally, just a word of thanks to our very own Donovan Banks for designing the site and putting up with my ineptitude when it comes to technology!
Happy reading!

Cool! I am a huge zombie fan... this guy did something similar and it led to a book and I think movie deal:

Good luck, I'll be reading!

Thanks man - that book actually made me write mine! Also a big zombie fan, so looked for some books and found that one. The day I finished reading that I started writing mine cos I was disappointed with Monster Island - so I've written the zombie book I would have wanted to read!

Awesome. I've subscribed to the feed ?

Interesting, will check it out. Actually just finished reading World War Z by Max Brooks. Adding zombies to any story just makes it way cooler.

Good idea this. I wish you success with it! I'm not much for zombies - i tried co-writing a blog with someone who was trying to stop smoking last year. What I was trying to get going was other people coming in and contributing but it kind of faded ... pity, it was quite funny.

Thanks guys! Yeah, the story is developing and there's plenty still to happen! Its nice, been getting some international recognition too - was emailed by a UK horror mag this morning.
Oh, Donovan... I only just remembered as I've been typing this that I havent changed those email addreses for the post notifications... theres only like 25 subscribed at the mo, but let me know if I must still do that. Again, thanks for all your help - got plenty of comments saying how good the site looks ?

I got stuck waiting for a system to rebuild for 4 hours on Wednesday and read quite a bit on my cell phone, although not chronologically but so far I'm digging it. It's interesting to have zombies acting a bit differently than in the movies I think, definitely going to sit down and read it properly through, good work ?

there might be something wrong with your alert system though?!
i received the mail for 16h27 at 13h32... 15 minutes before the 13h47 mail...
