Server Move
Hi guys ?
As some of you will have noticed, the site was down for an hour while I moved it to a new server. If you experience any errors, just click "log out" and then click "log in" and re-authenticate yourself.
Other than that, everything should work fine.
BEFORE you complain that something's broken, give it 24 hours to rectify itself. Updating a domain can take 24 hours or more for the change to propagate correctly. This could result in weirdness like http://guitarforum.co.za working but http://www.guitarforum.co.za not working. Give it time.
Other than that, enjoy the site as usual ?

You know you're addicted when you get a sense of relief when Guitar Forum comes back up again.
There are worse addictions.
I'm not worried.

Not sure if it was my ISP but lately I have noticed that GFSA has been coming up with page not found errors when I try to check the site, then about 10 mins later it would let me in , then time out. Was that an issue with anyone else or just me? (Working fine so far...)
I've been getting those (or just blank pages). I use I-burst.G-Man wrote: Not sure if it was my ISP but lately I have noticed that GFSA has been coming up with page not found errors when I try to check the site, then about 10 mins later it would let me in , then time out. Seems to have gone down without a hitch. I'm chuffed ? I'm getting good at this stuff in my old age ?

I was referring to Norio saying ...before people start to complain....
So I figured I would do some complaining

Did the server move result in a name change?
I have this site bookmarked as www.guitarforums.co.za
and now it seems its www.guitarforum.co.za???

Nope, it's always been www.guitarforum.co.za. However the plural form version now redirects to the non-plural form.
