I queried the shipping fiasco that some others have experienced and this is the reply I got from them: "...we have had some recent issues with extortion from customs in South Africa for FedEx shipments, and because of this we can no longer offer FedEx shipping to South Africa. We do offer USPS Express/EMS service to South Africa for $29.95". Using this option, goods should arrive within 7 to 10 business days from date of order. Its the one of the 4 that holds the entire tray into the amp chassis. Im missing one nut and its not a standard size bolt, tried Nesco and they shook their head saying its some weird american pitch thread.
