I've just had mine rewired and the volume pot replaced. Lawd it sounds amazing. I didn't think it would make such a difference.

Its been suggested that I buy Kalciums strat. don't need another one, but I'd be keen on the Kinmans if you wanna sell those? ?

If I was in the market for another Strat, Kalsium's Strat would have been very high on the short list -if not #1... I really like the look of that specific guitar and the pups are already upgraded...

Tell you what, that LP is a fantastic guitar but while playing my strat last night a bolt from above hit me square tween the eyes and made me realise that strats are where its at 8)

Maybe it's something to do with playing in a new guitar - the mojo thing - but despite still wanting to get a decent set-up done along with a few mods (graphtek nut, rewire of bridge and middle tone, shielding and some minor tweaks), I've finally started gelling with mine over the last six months. She's getting more and more playing time from me, and the tone seems to just be a bit better.

Strange it was, 'cos I've never had problems in getting along with Strats before and I loved the feel of mine, but tone-wise something was off.

Just love that neck pickup sound to bits.

? Ja, I suppose it is more Miami Vice than James Bond. But it still looks good!
