Well I'm arguing/splitting hairs with Singe, but I have to say I think he has a point. Where are all the great guitarists laying down classic tracks on PRS guitars?
Hey Bob, read the topic of the thread again, that's where I was coming from...... ?

Orianthi's endorsement of PRS don't make no never mind to me. I think she's an OK player, but not great and doesn't strike me as being potentially great. A large amount of her perceived greatness resides in her gender (wow! That's a CHICK playing guitar, dude), her looks and her rock-chick image.
Again, I was not referring to her greatness or lack of it, but the tone she got out of her PRSes. And talking about tone, I'm sure Mark Tremonti, Al diMeola, and others would differ as well, however, I'm also going off the topic now ........

I like Joan, she's ok ........ ?

....... Maybe the fact that the few that have inspired kids weren't cut on PRSs is because they're out of a lot of people's price range and hence less likely to be the guitar of choice used on the few awesome guitar tracks?
Could be, Singy, but not more so than Les Pauls, (i think ?) Then again, maybe ........ yes.....
