takes 3 strats to sound as good as one LP ?singemonkey wrote: So how come every stage is packed with Stratocasters? ? - Bought this guitar a few weeks back and haven't been able to put it down since!! what an amazing instrument! if you don't know the story of Heritage guitars I suggest you go have a read.

has the Seymour Duncan '59/JB pickup combo (stock), with a beautiful maple top (love the wood on that top). really heavy guitar (which i love) and just sounds amazing!!
thanks to Saddle and Nut for selling it to me!

Hell, I tune after every song when playing live....just about. Not to mention tuning after every take in the studio....
There is no way in hell your axe will stay in tune overnight. The variances in temperature is enough to stuff up your tuning, never mind the hectic strumming and bending you do while you practice....
Don't stress about it, it's par for the course I say...- hey man- got it at music connection! no idea if they have stock left. last time i was there they didn't. its expensive man- R2800 or something like that. i traded a few things etc.
- i must say i have had great experiences at most music stores! i do visit them a lot and have built relationships with most of the guys working there.
Marshall Music- Stuart and Gordon are fantastic! JD Kustom has done some excellent work on all my guitars. JD is great guy.
Music connection- Jacque looks after me superbly as does Anton and Richard. Andrew in the repairs department has also gone above and beyond for me. as well as the guys who greet me even though i don't deal with them direct, like Simon at the door or Dylan in drums. great store!!
there is definitely a certain amount of ego involved with a lot of guitarists so i can see how some people get rubbed up the wrong way at stores.
for the record im not a rock star nor famous- guitars are just a hobby for me (a bloody expensive one) and i get treated like a rock star at Marshall Music and Music connection. good on them! - was this the one that Ronnie had?
awesome stuff!! - In Telecasterhey Keira, it is a cream scratch plate.
thanks guys, im very happy with my purchase!
- What an amazing collection!
- What an awesome guitar man!!!!
Big congrats! - Has anyone played one of these?
I love the demos on you tube but would love to hear some opinions out there? - In Telecaster
- Been using JP Le Roux for my amps for a whole now- he is excellent! In the roodepoort area.
- Orange for the win! an unbelievable amp- quite versatile as well. certainly not just a "metal amp".
- In Orange ampshi there,
what are the thoughts on the Orange amp heads? looking at the rock verb or TH30.
yes it was ?Tokai SA wrote: Was this by any chance Stuart's guitar?
