My band is looking at getting In ear Monitors ? Obviosly AKG is way too expensive, but I came accross "takstar wireless monitor system wpm-100", they seem to be the cheepest available. Was wondering if anyone has used them or heard anything about them that can be of help. Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated

I have a Ibanez les paul custom from the 70's and it has a hollow chamber inside. Its got a realy nice tone and a big sound. The sustain is really good but it does tend to feedback now and then. The louder the volume the better it sounds, got a really cool crunchy sound, kinda between a gretch and a gibson

Should I use the 4 cable method with Line6 M9? Or is it better to via the input of the amp? (the M9 has amp/pre amp simulators, its just effects?

Hi guys (I'm new)

I would just like to ask you guys advise on effect chain order. In my pedal case I have the following pedals: Line6 M9(I want utalise all the efects), Boss GE-7(use as a boost), Boss DD7(use fore odd delays ect), Boss NS2(take away hum) and Boss FV-500L( expression pedal for m9). I would like to use the M9 as the "heart" of my sound and the others as extra effects. My M9 always has a compressor on first followed by a dist and the a delay, my problem is I don't know where to put the GE-7 as it can either go before the M9 or after.(can a EQ go before a compressor?) The NS2 has a send and return so I was wondering weather i should put the M9 their and the other pedals on the output signal of the NS2. I've heard though that if you put the M9 in the effects loop of the NS2, the delays won't sound good. Is this true.

Any suggestions on effect placement
