We have this budget pickup upgrade option in SA now - tonerider. People are raving about how good they sound, and what an improvement they are from stock pickups on most Asian guitars. And at such good prices.
There are some amazing bargains out there and some great new gear if you want to spend a little more.
I don't know if my regular music man stocks Tonerider but he did mention EMG, Duncan. also 'Mighty Mite Motherbucker' but from what i read there seems to be some buzz issues.

The kit I'm sitting with now is a Marshall fx30 as a practice amp a Cort M200 Walnut satin finish. and a couple of acoustics.
I want to upgrade the Cort (pups and pots); or sell her and get something slightly better 2nd hand. What do you think?- Hi All
