Just curious as to the amount of hours ppl are practising per week.
I reckon i am practicing aobut 10 to 14 hours per week.
30 minutes every weekday morning and about an hour per evening with more time over weekends.
Cheers

Horrible to see how I am falling short.
I try for an hour a day, but that would be more playing than trying something new.
I need to structure my time so that I can fit in Theory, Learning new songs etc etc as well.
Busy having a blast working out songs. Got three in the last week
Lines on My Face - Peter Frampton
Undisclosed Desires - Muse
Here comes the Flood - Peter Gabriel
Now to transform to the acoustic with the possiblility of playing them at open mic nights.
My goal would be to have at least 2 hours a day where I can split the time up into sections
1. Just have fun playing
2. Theory
3. Songs
4. Writing Songs
5. recording
Maybe I should approach it like a gym work out, do things on different days??? (A split routine)
I wish I could do more but Family and my work take up so much time

Damn, I'm falling waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay short. I maybe get in an hour a week and maybe if I'm left alone long enough an hour over weekends.

I play about 2 hours a day lately. I try and practise every thing. I play every day.
I use to play for about 6 hours a day when I first started and it helped me allot?

Man, I'm so undisciplined.. I go through stages of inspiration.. I will hit 2-3 hours a day and I'll knock out some good songs and learn some great ones.. Then times get busy and I tend not to play much for a few weeks and then inspiration hits again.. This week is a busy week, so guitar is crying in it's case! ☹
