No it has nothing to do with my underwear, sorry.
However, I have a Vintage SG VS6 and there's this annoying buzz coming from the G string.
Buzz happens when the string is played open or fretted... >☹ Argh! it's annoying, any ideas?

First try a new string (especially if the problem is new) - even if the string that is on there is new, it can be a faulty one. Also make sure that the saddle is not grooved too low for the G string.

a students guitar also buzzes real loud on the G string of an Epiphone SG.
i found it to be the tuning head is loose from the tuners shaft and vibrates in sympathy with almost any note on the fretboard on that string... the way to test is just to attempt to hold/touch all of the machine heads while playing the open G string loudly if this cures it then its not fretbuzz...
good luck!

Higher gauge may also help...

Good point ryanguit - also reminds me that some TOM bridges rattle (especially if the retainer spring is missing/loose).
