Odds and sods case for carrying cables etc - what you using?

I noticed guido has a cool looking doctors pimp bling case for carrying his leads, cables etc and was thinking of getting something similar. What's everyone else using in here?

I have some 8mm ply and I'm half in the mood to make something with big assed end caps that I can keep my stuff in. For the record I only have 1 pedal, 3 way footswitch and a few leads and stuff.

The other half of my mood is thinking of knicking my daughters little school sachel that looks just right. ?

i am just using a milk crate at the moment for my stuff, its lightweight and does the job just fine.

I have a long kit bag, something like a cricketer's kit bag - long enough to take a folded up mic stand (drummer's kitbags are great too). I know a lot of guys who still use the old army canvas "balsak" (which I suppose dates us, LOL), which also works a treat and last forever.

But if you're also throwing pedals in there, I think a suitcase type flight case is your best bet.

hmmmmmm, just remember that I have a big jim toolbox that I have as a spare at home..................I think that'll fit the bill just fine.

I have a Sony video camera bag (quite a big one), which is actually perfectly suited with all its little compartments and the large central section. I like things with shoulder straps so that I can carry a lot at once.

I've made cases for most of my stuff. I'm going to be making some cases for my amps soon aswell - more specifically the heads that gets carried around from gig to gig 8)

It has all my small mobile things inside, including pedal board.

I've only got a few pics that I posted on this thread a while ago. Mainly pedal boards and cases. I'll post pics of the other cases when I get around to it 8)

That's pretty cool. I was thinking something very similar that will hold the pedals at the bottom flat section and have a hinged upper section that can hold the leads.........cause I am no doubt going to get a pedal or two at some stage again. Zoom 505II can only last me so long.

i bought a bigger than needed pedal flight case for cables etc etc..works great ..but looks a bit sparse as a pedal board but what the hell.works for me and one less bag to carry

I have one of those plastic crate/box jobs.
I carry all sorts of spares as well with me wherever I go. works wonders.

that case is a styler. everything from my pedals to my guitar tools goes in there.. and my mrs got it for... guess she got tired of helping me carry bags full of cables

that case is a styler. everything from my pedals to my guitar tools goes in there.. and my mrs got it for... guess she got tired of helping me carry bags full of cables
