Without bothering to look at the trailer, my guess is that it will be a very cheap film with far less than top of the line special effects for today. Just cashing in on the reputation of the Titanic film. Hoping fans will be drawn back by nostalgia and others by curiosity. Almost guaranteed profit on a modest outlay.
They just crunch the numbers and pray.
