TomCat I have a guitar project up my sleeve that is based on a late 60's Strat. I want to get as close to the original as possible.... :-\ If the shape did not change from early 60's to late 60's then I'm home dry..... ? ?
TomCat Seems like the only difference between early and late 60's Strat bodies is the depth of the contouring. The late 60's contouring is not as deep as the early 60's versions....Apparently these were done by hand so the contouring was made shallower to reduce manufacturing time...(and Cost) Maybe the the Stratophiles out there can confirm this.....
