there are lots of sites with theory, and there are lots of people who could teach you theory on this forum!
if you want something hard though, check out the books available from the likes of lovemore music in the east rand value mall, or even musicmate in the k90 centre.
other places include CNA, and exclusive books, and other bookshops!
