And I've seen people advertizing to sell all sorts of things not music and all so I thought I'd pop the question here. If you had to come by an oldish motor cycle, in fact about 1981-2 or so 550 suzuki (which also happens to be the middle name of one of my dogs hey), and you knew that the iniquitous system of tolling per KM is about to be implemented and you want to start hitting the back routes but you know that everyone else is gonna start doing it and you're thinking that if you on a motor cycle it may be quite easy to get around with all the traffic but the damned motor cycle is not in running order and the suzuki agencies are probably going to lick lips when they see you coming, what would you do. Surely there's a biker or two lurking on this forum that can think a bit creative and tell me where to take this thing to get it fixed.

My thoughts , .... ? , I know others would disagree , but for safety reasons , (amongst other reasons ) , imo ,.......dont buy the bike !

u had one of those GS 550's ...great bikes ...in 1982 ... they gonna rush 2010 rates to get it going again and that makes it not viable unless its just a carb clean and stuff like that ,,,if its poked it aint viable.
buy a scooter or something like a 250 scrambler or scooter to commute with ..not sure if bikes will be tolled btw.
