Well, I do like a plain-top '59 Standard. And that '58 is an absolute beauty (looks almost exactly like my Tokai ?). Either one would do me. ?
Can you guys see the price on the '54/'55 with the Bigsby? Doesn't look too bad.
Definitely the South Africa 'burst. But it looks like they've swapped it out of the mint case? Weird, huh? Maybe they wanted to marry the case to a '59 to pump the price. But it still seems like it should be worth more with the original case.
