Funny enough...I'm also experiencing some heavy GAS for this as well...but alas...no GAS money...☹

Impressive demo until they went for the throat! Still sad to see it die… My G-System limited weighs a ton. I still have to see a better constructed controller unit. Unfortunately my G is for sale in the classifieds but I'm also waiting for a new shipment of components to see if I can make her function properly on my amp. Then she stays!! BTW. The little dual terror is a lil monsta! I've been gassing for one since it came out; in fact I've been hoping for one since I first experienced the Tiny Terror... Orange amps are simply great! ?

+1. It is the most impressive floor unit I've ever seen. Soon as it came out the box, before I'd even plugged it in, half my brain was screaming "WANT ONE!". Fortunately once I tried it, the other half jumped up and beat the first, vociferous part down with a resounding "DONT NEED!", then my wallet joined the fray and kicked it while it was down with a fight-finishing "CAN'T AFFORD!". ?

This might sound weird....but I think theirs a noticeable dif between the TT and the DT....
I like the TT but I don't like the DT that much,wont mind having one,but I'd rather fork out sum extra money and get
A thunder 30....or my fav orange,the AD30 ?

@ Zark, my kidney is on the market for that G-System. Don't care about weight much. I like that you can separate it to use as a rack mounted effect and controller, plus the loop to add extra effects. this item is killer!!!

According to my calculations I found that the G-system was the least expensive way to get a quality foot controller, quality effects, power supply, analogue effects loops and amp control for my new sound rig. It would cost substantially more if you had to get all these integrated components separately… Still lotsa cash, though… I just skip two meals a day! :-[

I like to think I am at the stage now where I need ~~better~~ the best gear, regardless of price. I am tired of cables running all over and, while my gear is in good nick and works well, I don't think it works for me.

I am getting very picky lately about how I sound and how my stage is laid out. I like the idea of a rack mounted effect and a controller so I can a use wireless system (SnapJack cover that as well, swoon) and have minimal cable on the floor.

I also don't want to think anything unattainable. I have just over 100 fans on Facebook, if each of them give me R100 bucks I'll get either a G system or the Dual Terror.... ?

I was plotting which should I get first. I'm not happy with the drive sounds from the GT8 or my Vox, yet I love the tone from the Dual Terror. I reckon I should get that first. Then I can look at the G-System after that.

I always like gadgets first.. So G-system because it has more buttons to play with while saving for the DT! ?

The GT8 has more than enough buttons and plenty more functions. I still haven't used it to the max. Nor have I even touched what the amp can do.

I am moving toward simplicity, the days of versatility are numbered..... Thank goodness

Haha, young grasshopper, you have much to learn.. ?

Soon that is what you are going to have to set up and control via G-system.. G-system alone will only last SO long.. ?
